  • Our operating season runs from Victoria Day long weekend in May until the first week in October.

  • For a full refund you must contact us 5 days before your booking date. If you cancel after the 5 days we will refund 50% of nights booked.

  • Check in is 4pm / Check out is 11am

  • Each suite has one designated parking spot on the property, The Loft parking is located on the top of the hill near the Loft Suite. The Upper Suite and Lower Suite parking is at the bottom on the driveway near the Main Residence.

  • Yes, there is a shared fire pit right on the ocean, fires will be permitted as per the NL Fire Index and weather permitting (wood is provided). We also offer a gas fire pit and seating area if conditions are not suitable for a wood fire.

  • We do offer a light continental breakfast included in our cost with fresh fruit, baked goodies (GF option available) and juice with Tea/Coffee provided in your suite. If you wish to cook there is a small kitchenette in The Upper & Lower Suites with a mini fridge, microwave and Toaster oven, The Loft offers a full kitchen. Each suite has a BBQ. The Loft suite has a gas BBQ on the private deck and Upper & Lower suites each have their own electric BBQ on their deck.

  • Each suite has one queen bed and is suitable for two adults per suite (our property is not suitable for children) All rates are based on double occupancy.

  • We have a no pet policy on our property with no exceptions.

  • We do not offer laundry service but there is Coin Operated Laundry Services available in Twillingate at Peyton Woods RV Park and Campground 37 km from Knight’s Landing.
